All adjustable beds and mattresses
come with some sort of warranty. Companies like Craftmatic, Flex-A-Bed,
Electropedic, Abed.com, Golden Rest and others offer anywhere from
one to five to even fifteen years. But that's not really very much
protection for you!
Sleep Comfort warrants the entire bed against defects in material
or workmanship for life. We warranty the bed and not the person (the
buyer) -- so the warranty is transferable. You can count on our warranty
because it's coming from a 50-year-old manufacturer.
All parts including mattress, motors and remote control are covered
100% for life -- and the purchaser pays ONLY for the shipping cost
of the part.
Yes, it's as simple as that!
If you purchase a visco-elastic memory foam mattress, an increase
in the softness of the memory foam material or a decrease in the slow
recovery feature of less than 1/4 of an inch are normal aspects which
do not affect the pressure-relieving quality of the foam -- and are,
therefore, not covered by the warranty.
This warranty also does not include warranted parts that have been
subjected to misuse by the purchaser.

Sleep Comfort Adjustable Bed Service
The Sleep Comfort Adjustable Bed is constructed in a modular fashion.
The electronics are located in the wireless remote control which
-- like the mattress -- is not attached to the bed. Therefore, 90%
of all service issues can be solved by sending a new remote control
or mattress to your home.
Sleep Comfort has a nationwide network of service technicians who
can come to your home should you ever need one. As a courtesy to
all Sleep Comfort owners, there will be no charge for a service
technician during the first year. A service charge will apply after
the first year, but is almost never needed.
The lift motors and massage motor plug in separately to a junction
box under the bed -- similar to a phone plugging into a wall jack.
Unlike parts for most electric beds, our parts are all modular --
so any service simply requires unplugging the old motor and attaching
and plugging in a new one. A very simple task.
