With most companies you will receive two warranties: one for the adjustable base unit (typically 5 years) and another for the mattress itself. If you check carefully you will notice that the warranty is typically prorated or limited. This often means that within a short period, such as 5 years, you could be responsible for pay 50% of the retail cost to replace a mattress under warranty. OUCH!

Return Procedures:

Try your Sleep Comfort adjustable bed for a minimum of 45 days.

If you are not satisfied for any reason you can take advantage of our either or 90-Day Mattress Swap program or our 90-Day money back guarantee.

To return the bed for a full refund, after 45 days call 800-501-3433 to request a return good authorization. (RGA).

You will be issued an RGA number and the return instructions.

Once your bed(s) have been received at the warehouse you will be refunded the full amount of your original purchase order (no restocking fees).

90 DAY MATTRESS SWAP:

If you're like most people, then you know that sitting on any stool or chair for 5 or 10 minutes may feel very different that sitting on the same stool or chair for 1 to 2 hours.

Adjustable beds and mattresses are no different and no one should be forced to try one for only 5 or 10 minutes in a store. Especially if the store offers a non-return policy on the adjustable bed.

At Sleep comfort we want you to try the bed in your home….not some showroom. We understand that it is difficult to know if you will be comfortable on a mattress until you are actually sleeping on it for several nights -- or even weeks.

However, most companies won't allow you to return or exchange their mattress just because it's too soft or firm. Even when you lie down on a mattress in a store you might like the "feel" but that test is only for a few minutes. Often times you take that mattress home and a few weeks later you don't like the firmness. But at that point, the store won't change out your mattress.

Sleep Comfort is different. We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. So if you feel the mattress you select is not right for you, you have 90 days from delivery to exchange it for another mattress of equal or lesser cost. There is no charge for the new mattress and you need only pay a mattress swap fee of $90.

Dual King vs. Dual Queen

Dual King is one of our most popular sizes - it consists of two Twin size units set up side-by-side to equal a King-size Adjustable Bed. And look! Each side can be a different firmness and adjusted to whatever position is preferred.

Don't be afraid that you'll fall into the middle. The two beds can lock and unlock together. So you can still cuddle. Makes for happy couples.

Sleep Comfort makes two beds with dual controls. The Dual Queen and the Dual King. Each dual unit consists of two completely separate adjustable beds that can be placed in separate rooms – or side by side. They can be locked together and still work independently.

Each half of the standard Dual King is 38" wide – and is the same width as a standard twin bed. However, each half of the Dual Queen is only 30" wide and is 8 inches narrower than a twin bed.

A Dual Queen can feel more confining for a couple than a one-piece Queen because there are four edges to deal with as opposed to two edges – which gives slightly less available sleep space. We strongly advise a Dual King over a Dual Queen because it's bigger – and it costs the same. Sleep Comfort sells custom sheets to fit your Dual Queen.
